Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) model is a form of project financing, which is used for the projects that require intensive capital and high technology.
Law No 3996 is the basic law for the BOT implementations and the Bylaw 2011/1807 clarifies the application of this law.
The Ministry of Customs and Trade established customs facilities especially at Customs Gates by using the build operate transfer model implemented by the High Planning Council.
